Poplar boletus 500 grams
Descripción
Poplar bolete (Leccinum duriusculum), this species grows mycorrhizally on white and aspen trees. Available seasonally (September to December).
The characteristic of this mushroom is that its flesh turns black once it is cut, making it unappealing to the eye.
To cook it, we recommend cutting it and boiling it well for about 20 minutes, removing the cooking water.
It is a mushroom appreciated in Eastern Europe but not as highly regarded as Boletus edulis, but with a similar cap texture and a very pleasant flavor.
Price 15 euros per kg.
